Michael Pressley
Owner, Inspector
Born and raised in Charlotte [NC] and surrounding areas, Michael Pressley started learning and mastering the art of construction and building science at a younger age. Under the tutelage of his father, he gained expertise and firsthand knowledge of the construction industry.
Afterwards Michael attended Berklee College of Music, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance. Post graduation Michael used that degree to play and travel parts of the World for several consecutive years. Decisions changed returning him to the Charlotte area, where he studied and received licensing in NC and SC Home Inspection services. Additional certifications include Pest Control, Pre Dry-Wall, Irrigation, Wood Bio-Deterioration, Pool & Spa.
With a concise and thorough approach to Home Inspections, Michael has proven to be extremely helpful in the field of Real Estate. And other related projects, always looking forward to learning more and better serving his client’s needs.
Tim Pressley
Inspector
Born in Chicago and raised in Southeast, Tim is the most experienced of our team at CSH Inspections. His background extends beyond a licensed inspector here in the Carolinas. With over 35 combined years of General Contracting, Home and Commercial Inspections, Stone/Brick Masonry and recent position(s) as New Construction Project Management. Currently Tim performs mostly commercial inspections and has received extra training on the west coast for these types of inspections.
Free time and extracurricular activities include, but aren’t limited to, Skiing, Music, Marathon Running, Mountain Biking, Camping and Hiking. Tim frequently leaves town for short camping trips or nearby marathons to smash existing records monthly and annually. Tims dedication, discipline and steadiness provide his three grown kids with a perfect example of a loving and hard-working father.
